Dipping Materials

Dipping materials and methods protect the skin and hands from a wide range of potential injuries. Specific gloves use different kinds of dipping materials, depending on where the glove will be used and what it's protecting the hand from.

POLYURETHANE (PU)
A synthetic material with excellent wear resistance. PU protects against both dirt and slightly oily objects.

NITRILE (NBR)
A rubber material with high resistance to abrasion and provides an excellent barrier against oils and greases.

LATEX / NATURAL RUBBER (NR)
Has high elasticity that is maintained even at lower temperatures. Excellent grip.

POLYVINYL CHLORIDE, PVC, (VINYL)
Suitable for wet and rough work.

NEOPRENE
Suitable for hot work.
