TWR™ - TEGERA Water Repellent

TWR™ (TEGERA Water Repellent) is a specialized technology that enhances the water-repellent properties of safety and work gloves by combining advanced materials in the garment's construction.

TWR Technology by TEGERA – Waterproof Comfort & Protection for Work Gloves

TWR_Tegera_Water_Repellent.svgThis technology treats the outer material, creating a thin protective layer that reduces surface tension, causing water to roll off instead of being absorbed.

By preventing water from penetrating the outer fabric, TWR ensures that your work gloves maintain breathability and comfort. Without this water-repellent layer, moisture can be trapped inside, leading to a damp feeling even if the inner membrane is waterproof.

TWR™ technology is featured in TEGERA gloves, like models 287 and 288, offering superior protection and dryness in wet conditions.
