JALAS Footwear - Size Guide
Find the right size and fit for your JALAS safety and work shoes. This guide helps you choose based on both foot length and shoe fit, so you get optimal comfort, protection, and performance throughout your working day.

Choosing the Right Size and Fit for JALAS Safety Shoes
Choosing the right size for your safety footwear is essential. Shoes that are too tight or too loose can cause discomfort throughout the working day and may lead to blisters or other foot problems. In some cases, this can result in choosing less protective footwear instead.
Use the size guide below to compare different international sizing systems. It is intended as a starting point – we always recommend trying on the shoes before making your final decision.
Due to the rigidity of the protective toe cap, you should allow 5–8 mm of extra space for natural movement when walking. This means you may need a larger size than your regular shoes. Remember to also consider thicker socks or insoles when selecting your size.
Shoe Size Tips to Keep in Mind
- If one foot is larger than the other, choose shoes based on the larger foot.
- Ensure there is at least 10 mm of space in front of your longest toe.
- Keep in mind that your feet tend to swell during the day. For best results, measure your feet and try on shoes towards the end of the day.
